De passie van René laat zich het best omschrijven als een passie voor de ontwikkeling van mensen in relatie met hun omgeving, en met het oog op de toekomst.
In zijn ogen zijn mensen waardevol: vol waarde en in staat waardevol te handelen voor de mensen om hun heen. Waarde in vele vormen: sociaal, economisch , ecologisch en politiek. Mensen die samenwerken, zoals in een een organisatie, kunnen nog veel meer waarde genereren. Maar een organisatie kan mensen ook beperken.
Inzicht verkrijgen in de mogelijkheden en beperkingen van mensen en organisaties en die omzetten naar nieuwe kansen, om die vervolgens daadwerkelijk te verwezenlijken dat is de essentie van René's werk.
Rene's eigen waarde vertaald hij in zijn werk als adviseur. Door de strategische ontwikkelingen van mensen en organisaties vorm te geven en te realiseren vertaald hij zijn vak en passie in waarde voor zijn relaties.
Dit doet hij in Europa en Nederland als adviseur van organisaties die zich met het oog op de toekomst willen ontwikkelen. En buiten Europa in ontwikkelingslanden als adviseur van projecten die gericht zijn op de ontwikkeling van de private sector. Tot slot is hij als associé actief betrokken bij het Sioo, interuniversitair centrum voor organisatie en advieskunde.
The passion of René can be defined best as a passion for the development of people in relation to their environment.
In his eyes people are ValueAble. ValueAble and able to create value for the people around them. Value as can be defined in social, economical, ecological and political value. People that communicate and interact as in an organization can deliver even more value. But an organization limit people.
Create awareness and understanding about the possibilities and limitations of people and organizations and transfer these insights to new opportunities is the essence of René's work.
René's own value can be seen in his work as management consultant. He shapes the strategic potential of people and organizations and supports them with realizing them. This way he translates his passion in his professional value for his relations.
He is active in Europe as entrepreneural management consultant. Advising organizations who want to develop with their future in mind. And outside Europe he is active in developing countries as managament consultant of projects which are focussed on the development of the private sector in these countries. Finally he is associated with Sioo University for organizational learning and change.
